Set up a 1:1 Deep Dive with Dr. Allison where you will review the following:

  • Your history as it pertains to your injury (or injuries)

  • What you've done that's worked and has not worked

  • Goal setting and expectations

  • Deep dive movement assessment

  • Discussion of next steps (i.e. a plan tailored to you based on your assessment and goals)

  • 9-week online progressive plyometrics course to build confident, agile jumping and landing

  • 15–20 minute weekly sessions that layer easily into your current training

  • Finish knowing how to use plyometrics safely and independently

  • 3 live Zoom sessions + individual feedback to lock in skills
